Is there sure a thing as a cure for Plantar Fasciitis ? With Plantar Fasciitis there is a few options when it come to treating this painfull condition on either the heel or sole of the foot. These include :

Medications

Over the counter pain medication such as ibuprofen can ease the pain and inflammation associated with plantar fasciitis, this may onlt be a tempoary relief to the pain.

Stretching

Stretching and strengthening exercises or use of specialised devices may provide symptom relief. These can be of huge benefit to the affected area for pain.

These include:

Physical therapy. A physical therapist can instruct you in a series of exercises to stretch the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon and to strengthen lower leg muscles, which stabilise your ankle and heel.
Night splints. Wearing a splint that stretches your calf and the arch of your foot while you sleep, also Plantar Compression Socks are very good for this as well. This will hold the plantar fascia  tendon in a lengthened position overnight and facilitates stretching.
Orthotics. Arch supports (orthotics) to help distribute pressure to your feet more evenly.

Other procedures

Injections. Injecting a type of steroid medication into the tender area can provide temporary pain relief. Multiple injections aren't recommended because they can weaken your plantar fascia and possibly cause it to rupture.
